Eagle RV Supercenter RV Rental Terms of Use
All of our rental units have a water heater, shower, sink, cook stove, gas/electric refrigerator, microwave, toilet and a furnace. They sleep 6 to 10 people depending on the model. They are very durable and easy to operate. All our rental units are NON SMOKING UNITS in our rental units. The rental charge is based on 24 hour days, from the time you leave. Holidays and prime time rentals require a minimum of a 7 night rental.
DEPOSITS
A $100 reservation deposit is required at the time the reservation is made. THIS RESERVATION FEE IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO A RESERVATION BEING CONFIRMED. The $100 reservation deposit will be returned for cancellations made a minimum of 14 working days prior to the scheduled pick up date. The $100 reservation fee will not be returned for cancellations made in less than 14 work days prior to the scheduled pick up date. If the reservation fee is not returned we will apply it to a future rental provided the pick up date of the new reservation is within 12 months of the original cancellation. A $500 security deposit is required by check 7 days before pick up or cash upon pick up. If the rental unit is returned as clean as when picked up, all holding tanks empty, no damage to the interior or exterior and has not been smoked or otherwise harmed or damaged the $500 security deposit will be returned.
FEES
The following fees will be deducted from the security deposit when the unit is returned: Dirty inside: $50, Holding Tanks not empty: $50, Evidence unit Smoked in: Minimum $350 and possibly higher (at the discretion of the rental agent.) A $5 per hour late fee will be charged for each hour or portion of an hour that the rental unit is returned or picked up late. If you pick the rental unit up at 10:00 a.m. it must be returned no later than 10:00 a.m. on the return date specified on the rental contract. If the fees exceed the amount of the security deposit the difference will be charged to a MAJOR CREDIT CARD account given at pick up.. If you do not want the fees charged to your credit card you can pay CASH; we will not accept a check.
BREAKDOWNS
In the event you have a breakdown on the rental unit contact the rental agent immediately. If it is on a weekend or after hours you can have repairs made and you will be reimbursed for the "reasonable cost" to make the repair. This authorization is for repairs needed, that if not made immediately will render the rental unit completely unusable or unsafe to use. An example would be a gas leak. If the repair is a minor repair you must contact the rental agent before having the repair done. If you have a flat tire, replace the flat with the spare tire. You can purchase a new tire and will be reimbursed for the "reasonable cost" of a new tire if the cause was due a defect with the tire. WE DO NOT REIMBURSE YOU FOR ANY ADDITIONAL SERVICES SOLD FOR THE TIRE such as life time balancing, road hazard etc. We will only reimburse you for the "reasonable cost" of mounting the tire on the rim and the "reasonable cost" of the tire. YOU MUST RETURN THE BAD TIRE WITH THE RENTAL UNIT TO RECEIVE REIMBURSEMENT!!! A receipt for the out of pocket expense must be given to the rental agent to receive a reimbursement.
INSURANCE
Your tow vehicle's insurance is your primary coverage for insurance on the rental unit. We require proof of insurance at the time the reservation is made and again on the day the unit is picked up. If your insurance is not current on the day of pick up we will not release the rental unit. The actual tow vehicle being used to pick up the rental unit must be listed on the rental insurance. Your tow vehicle must have a class 3 hitch along with 7 way wiring and a brake controller.
GENERATORS
If you use a generator to provide power to the rental unit you are responsible for any and all damage caused by such use. Make sure you connect the rental unit to the proper voltage (110v) outlet on the generator. Be aware that constant variations of voltage, amperage and RPMs of the generator can and probably will damage some or all of the printed circuit boards in the appliances in the rental unit. USE A GENERATOR WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO THE RENTAL UNIT OR ITS APPLIANCES. If there is damage to a rental unit the service manager will make the final determination as to whether or not the damage was caused due the use of the generator.
MISCELLANEOUS
The person whose name appears on the rental contract MUST be present when the rental unit is picked up. All credit cards used for the rental MUST be in the name of the person whose name appears on the contract. By signing the rental contract you are acknowledging that you understand and agree to these rental terms.
